Mary Maas graduated from Bowling Green State University with a Bachelors Degree in Interior Design.
In addition to her design degree, Mary is also a Registered Nurse with over thirty years of experience and is Certified as an Aging-in-Place Specialist (CAPS) by the National Association of Home Builders. She believes her education and experience gives her great insight to the medical and social needs of our Aging in Place and Accessible Design clients. Mary will work in collaboration with others in the medical field such as the client's Doctor(s), Physical Therapist and /or Occupational Therapist as needed and with the client's permission. Strict confidentiality is maintained!
Mary continues to attend educational workshops and conferences. She recently attended the Universal Design Workshop in Dayton, Ohio.
Mary is also a Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design Accredited Professional (LEED AP ID + C).
